This Privacy Policy explains how Mowtopia ("we", "our" or "us") handles information when you use the Mowtopia mobile game.
1. Information we collect
To create and maintain a Mowtopia account, we process:
- Your email address and account authentication information handled through Firebase Authentication.
- Your Mowtopia username.
- Game progress, coin balance, upgrades, unlocked gardens, customization choices and preferences.
- Daily Challenge participation data, including your best submitted time and final ranking information.
Mowtopia does not use advertising, real-money in-app purchases or analytics tracking. We do not collect precise location, contacts, camera recordings or microphone recordings through the game.
2. How we use your information
We use account and gameplay data only to provide the game experience, including signing you in, saving your progress, synchronizing your profile, restoring unlocked content, supporting account settings and operating Daily Challenge features.
3. Firebase services
Mowtopia uses Google Firebase services for account authentication, cloud data storage and server-side game functions. Firebase may process technical information needed to provide those services in accordance with Google's own privacy terms.
4. Data storage and security
Your account data is stored using Firebase services. Access rules are designed so that each signed-in player can access only their own profile data, while Daily Challenge records and rewards are handled by server-side functions.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data may be processed by service providers such as Firebase only as needed to operate Mowtopia.
6. Data retention and account deletion
Your account information is kept while your account is active. You can delete your Mowtopia account from the in-game Settings screen. Account deletion removes the associated profile data and authentication account, subject to any limited technical retention required by our service providers.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information. You can manage your account directly in the app, including deleting it.
8. Children's privacy
Mowtopia is not specifically directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
